Bad Company nasce, con il contributo del bassista Boz Burrel, reduce dal tour 1972 con i King Crimson, dalle ceneri dei Free, dei quali eredita la voce e la batteria, mentre la chitarra arriva dai Mott the Hopple

Questo titolo è probabilmente il primo in assoluto della BC, edito dalla Trade Mark of Quality records alla fine del primo periodo, quello identificato come "TMOQ 1" o "sideway pig", dal logo del maiale di profilo riportato sull'etichetta e sull'adesivo posto sopra la copertina esterna. E' il penultimo numero del catalogo TMOQ 1, evidentemente di transizione con la TMOQ 2 o "smoking pig", dal nuovo logo distintivo. La matrice è del tipo standard tmoq, cioe' riporta le iniziali del gruppo ed un seriale indicante lo stampatore, in questo caso BC 559; è stato realizzato anche in versione priva dello stampino di copertina, solo con l'inserto che, in questo caso riportava anche l'identificativo progressivo, S 421, dove S sta per Single; è stato realizzato in prima stampa in vinile verde, di seguito in vinile nero; le etichette sono le standard sideway pig della TMOQ, quasi sempre a sfondo bianco. La qualità sonora è buona, il concerto è del tour europeo del 1974, 8 giugno a Boblingen, Germania ed è di un livello interpretativo elevato. Questa edizione è senz'altro la più rara, in seguito altre avrebbero riportato la stessa data, rendendola abbastanza diffusa sul mercato.

This title is probably BC's first ever, published by Trade Mark of Quality records at the end of the first period, the one identified as "TMOQ 1" or "sideway pig", from the profile pig logo shown on the label and on the sticker placed above the outer cover. It is the penultimate issue of the TMOQ 1 catalogue, evidently in transition with the TMOQ 2 or "smoking pig", with the new distinctive logo. The matrix is of the standard tmoq type, i.e. it shows the group's initials and a serial number indicating the printer, in this case BC 559; it was also made in a version without the cover stencil, only with the insert which, in this case also reported the progressive identifier, S 421, where S stands for Single; it was first pressed on green vinyl, followed by black vinyl; the labels are the standard TMOQ sideway pigs, almost always with a white background. The sound quality is good, the concert is from the 1974 European tour, June 8th in Boblingen, Germany and is of a high interpretative level. This edition is certainly the rarest, others would later report the same date, making it quite widespread on the market.
